Returns Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or odors, with tags still attached. To qualify:
Requests must be made and items shipped back within 14 days of purchase.
A $5.00 restocking fee applies to refunds issued to the original payment method (per order). This will be automatically deducted from your refund.
For store credit or exchanges, the restocking fee is waived.
Please note:
Original shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable.
Processing Timeline
Exchanges: Processed as soon as we receive your returned items.
Returns: Processed promptly after we receive and inspect your items.
Important Information
Non-Returnable Items:
Altered or embroidered items.
Clearance items (final sale; exchanges may be possible in certain cases).
Hygiene Standards:
Items must be free from odors, deodorant, makeup, detergent, or soil.
Any items with strong scents or stains will be considered non-returnable.
If a non-returnable item is sent back, you may request it be shipped back to you at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items appearing worn, laundered, or excessively soiled.
